In it, 28 partners work together on the development of hydrogen production technology and the preconditions for its implementation. In this way, they are making a substantial contribution to the energy transition in The Netherlands.

Interim Activities

Interim management mainly takes place in the operational organisation. Work must be organised so that a process is effective and efficient and that those doing the work enjoy it. Every organisation requires its own appropriate approach.

 An example is Yokogawa Netherlands where Tony van Waveren managed the Advanced Solutions department with about twenty employees.

Together they laid the foundation with which Yokogawa can support the digitization of the process industry in the future and thus play a role in the industry's energy transition. At the same time, as a member of the MT, Tony van Waveren contributed to vision formation and organizational development within Yokogawa Netherlands.
